There are a ton of great features offered by the PetCube Bites 2 Pet Camera. The built-in treat dispenser can be put on an automatic schedule or can be triggered to fling treats short, medium or long distances via the PetCube App on your phone. The dispenser is compatible with a variety of dry treats both large and small. It will dispense between one and five treats at a time and you can change the number of treats dispensed with a setting on the PetCube App. The PEtcube Bites 2 holds up to 1.5 lbs of treats, more than any other treat camera & the treat container is dishwasher safe for easy cleaning.

Doggy Facing Camera

The camera also has full duplex sound with a great speaker bar that provides natural sound & a 4-microphone array. You will be able to hear and speak to your pet any time during the day. You can check in on your pet and tell them that you love them or stop bad behavior in its tracks if they are up on the countertops or chewing something they shouldn’t be chewing.

There is convenient sound and motion detection that sends a notification to your phone when it detects sound or motion. It will record 30 seconds or more of what is going on so you can review it. The recording is then stored in the security encrypted cloud. You can see a whole timeline of what is going on with your pet all day. This lets you see any funny moments you missed and make sure your pet is happy and safe.

Easy to set up and operate, all you have to do is unpack your camera and plug it in to get started. The PetCube Bites 2 Pet Camera connects to your home wireless and requires a 2.4GHz & 5GHz WiFi for best performance. The Petcube Bites 2 is made of hard plastica & high-quality aluminum making it perfectly pet proof. It can be set on a countertop or mounted on a wall if you want to keep it out of reach of large dogs.

Petcube Bites 2 comes with Alexa built-in, allowing users to access over 50,000 Alexa skills!  Alexa allows you to go hands-free, all you have to do is ask Alexa to play with your pet, fling treats or set the autoplay mode.

Take a look at what Amazon reviewer ZPT from Dallas, Texas had to say:

Even Better and More Compact than the Original PetCube
I bought the original PetCube Bites a few years ago when it was first launched. My dogs and I loved it. When I found out that the new PetCube Bites 2 had been launched, I bought one to add to the original PetCube Bites I had. The video/picture quality is much much better, clearer, and more high definition than that in the original PetCube. The sound quality has improved dramatically as well. With the original, I would occasionally hear feedback when viewing the PetCube on my iPhone in the same room. The PetCube Bites 2 seems to have fixed this feedback problem. The 2 is also smaller (by about 20%) than the original. That makes the device less obtrusive and lighter. Despite the size difference, my dogs still know what it is. They immediately come to attention when the PetCube “dings’ — indicating that someone has logged on and is about to toss some treats. While I have not mounted mine on the wall (I just keep it on top of one of the kennels in my study), the smaller size has to make it much easier to mount. If you like to be able to check in on your fur babies while you’re away from home, and chat with them and toss treats to them, this is a great device. It is super easy to set up. You download the app onto your mobile phone, then plug in the PetCube, then wait for the green light to blink, then click search on the app. The app automatically finds the device. Even my grandmother could set one up. Lastly, the integration of Alexa into the device is a huge bonus. Basically, the device also operates like an Echo Dot, so you can use it to order off Amazon, to play music, etc. — to do anything that you can do with Alexa.
